Golf Course
Adams Municipal Golf Course
is located adjacent to Sooner Park on Tuxedo Boulevard approximately 4 miles
east of downtown. It has an excellent 18-hole course, par 72, with four golf
pros available. It has snack bar, pro-shop, showers, and full locker facilities.
There is also a putting green and driving range, electric golf carts are
available for rent. Call 918-333-2045 for reservations and information.
Hillcrest Country
Club - Just 3.7 miles south of Hotel Phillips on Silver
Lake Road, Hillcrest Country Club provides 18 holes of golf on an expertly
crafted course, quality lounge and dining areas, extensive tennis facilities,

Jogging Trail
Pathfinder Parkway is
a scenic jogging and bicycling trail along the Caney River. It covers 6 miles
from Johnstone Park downtown Bartlesville to Jo Allyn Lowe Park SE of the
city.
Lake Recreation
There are five major lakes and reservoirs within an hour from Hotel Phillips. Each
lake features swimming, fishing, boating, and picnic facilities. These lakes
and reservoirs are Oologah, located near the town of Nowata; Hulah, NW
of Copan; Birch, located near Barnsdall; Grand Lake of the Cherokees, near
Grove; and Copan, near Copan.
Parks
Jo Allyn Lowe Park
covers 32 acres which include a large lake. It features fishing, jogging trail
around the lake, and a picnic area. Johnstone Park is located 11 blocks
NE of the Hotel on Cherokee. It consists of 70 heavily wooded acres and features
a restoration of the first commercial oil well in Oklahoma, "The Nellie
Johnstone No. 1." There are tennis courts, picnic areas, playground, a
half-mile fitness course, and in the summer a "Kiddie Park."
Johnstone Park - Only 1.5 miles from Hotel Phillips,
Johnstone Park is the oldest park in Bartlesville. This 78.89 acre
park offers tennis courts, kiddie park, skate park, playground and picnic
areas, exercise path, bird sanctuary, boat ramp for Caney River and an RV
park.
Osage Hills State
Park is located
10 miles west of downtown and covers 1000 acres. This state park has
a swimming pool, horseback riding, row boats, fishing, camping, hiking trails,
playgrounds, and picnic areas.
Sooner Park
covers 53 acres and is located approximately 4 miles east of the hotel on Madison
Boulevard. It features an excellent swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball
court, several playgrounds, and miniature golf course.
