Bartlesville Community
Center
The Bartlesville Community Center was designed by the Taliesin Associated Architects of the Frank Lloyd
Wright Foundation. The center contains an 1800-seat auditorium and a large Community Hall. Guided tours
are available Monday through Friday.
Dewey Hotel
This pioneer period Hotel is located six miles north of downtown Bartlesville in the community of Dewey,
Oklahoma. The Hotel is open from 10am to 5pm daily except Mondays (from May 15 through October 1).

Frank
Phillips Mansion
Frank Phillips Home
The 26-room mansion of Frank Phillips, founder of Phillips Petroleum Company, is located at 11th and
Cherokee, only five blocks southeast of the Hotel. The mansion is maintained and operated by the Oklahoma
Historical Society and is open for tours daily except on Mondays, Tuesdays and holidays. |
Historical Walking Tour
Twenty-three homes built between 1887 and 1926 are featured on this six-block walking tour along Cherokee
Avenue. |

Keepsake
Candle Factory and Country Store
Before you ever open the door to Keepsake Candle Factory, you will
detect the aura of vibrant scents of the hand-made candles made in
this facility. These beautiful "Antiques in Wax" have been
made in Bartlesville since 1970 – a business that began on a kitchen stove! And, there’s
something for the men – a short train consisting of two tank cars and a caboose. Inside the caboose
you can see memorabilia from bygone days of railroading. Recognized by many as one of the nation’s
leading candle manufacturers, Keepsake Candles produces over 500 styles of candles. |
Osage
Million Dollar Elm Casino
The Osage Million Dollar Elm Casino is located approximately 12 miles west of the Hotel. The casino is
open 24 hours per day, seven days per week. |

Phillips Petroleum Company Museum
The Phillips Petroleum Company Museum is open Monday - Saturday 10am to 5pm, Sunday 1pm to 5pm. |

Price Tower
This unique office tower was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1956. The
Price Tower is Frank Lloyd Wright’s
only built skyscraper. The building was named for the pipeline construction
pioneer, H.C. Price, and now houses the Bartlesville Museum. It is
located four blocks NE of Hotel Phillips. |
Shopping
Downtown Bartlesville provides convenient shopping only four blocks north of Johnstone. Enjoy Bartlesville's
indoor shopping center, Washington Park
Mall, approximately four miles from the Hotel.
Tom Mix Museum
The Tom Mix Museum is located six miles north of downtown Bartlesville in the community of Dewey, Oklahoma.
Before becoming a movie star Tom Mix was the marshal of Dewey. The Museum is open daily except Mondays
and holidays. There is no admission charge.
Woolaroc (woods,
lakes, and rocks)
This 3,500 acre wildlife refuge is located 14 miles SW of Bartlesville and contains the ranch home of
Frank Phillips, the cultural Y-Indian Guide Center, a museum housing over 55,000 exhibits, nature trails,
and a children's petting zoo. Woolaroc is open daily except Mondays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, 10:00am
to 5:00pm. There is an admission charge. Brochures are available in the lobby.
